How to add, select, remove and delete graphics and return addresses, and upload custom graphics via MyGraphics, on the Pitney Bowes SendPro Mailstation franking machine.

Note: Graphics are not available with some special services such as Royal Mail Signed For — your graphic will not print if such a service is selected. Graphics print in black and white, and there are 3 default graphics preloaded that cannot be removed.

How do I add a graphic or return address to my envelope on the SendPro Mailstation?

The machine includes standard graphics (ads, slogans or logos such as PLEASE OPEN IMMEDIATELY, RECYCLE and Special Offer), plus return addresses. To add one, choose it from the Graphics icon.

  1. Tap the Graphics icon on the Home screen.
  2. Use the arrows to scroll through the graphics and tap the one you want.
  3. Tap Apply, then Confirm.
  4. Place the envelope or tape sheet on the feed deck to print.

How do I remove a graphic or return address on the SendPro Mailstation?

  1. Tap the Graphics icon on the Home screen.
  2. Use the arrows to scroll to No Graphic and tap it.
  3. Tap Apply, then Confirm.
  4. Place the envelope or tape sheet on the feed deck to print.

How do I delete a graphic on the SendPro Mailstation?

  1. Tap the Graphics icon on the Home screen.
  2. Use the arrows to scroll to the graphic.
  3. Tap the Delete icon, then Delete.

How do I upload a custom graphic via MyGraphics on the SendPro Mailstation?

Use MyGraphics in your online account to create a text-only, image-and-text or return-address graphic. You must upload graphics on a computer before adding them on the device. You can save up to 7 custom graphics.

Graphic requirements: black and white only; width between 12.7mm and 41mm; height fixed at 22mm; image files in .bmp, .jpg, .jpeg, .gif or .png, up to 1MB.

  1. Sign in to your online account at pitneybowes.co.uk.
  2. Click Your Products, select Postage Meters, then select your franking machine.
  3. Select MyGraphics and accept the terms and conditions.
  4. Click Start Creating New MyGraphics.
  5. Choose the type and follow the steps:

Text only

  1. Click Text only and enter a graphic name (max 16 characters), then Next.
  2. Confirm the product, enter the width (up to 41mm) and click Next.
  3. Enter your text (max 256 characters), edit it, click Add Text, then Next.
  4. Preview, then click Upload Now — the graphic is available on the machine after a few minutes.

Return address

  1. Click Return Address and enter a name (max 16 characters), then Next (leave the dimensions at default).
  2. Enter up to three lines of address (max 19 characters each) and a full postcode, then Next.
  3. Preview, then click Upload Now.

Image and text

  1. Click Image & Text and enter a name (max 16 characters).
  2. Next to Image file, click Browse my computer…, select your image (within the requirements above) and click Open, then Next.
  3. Confirm the product, enter the width (up to 41mm) and click Next.
  4. Adjust the image size and spacing, enter text (max 256 characters), click Add Text, then Next.
  5. Preview, then click Upload Now.

Why won’t my graphic print?
