Step-by-step instructions for setting up a SendPro Online account, with or without an existing Pitney Bowes Your Account, so you can send tracked international mail.

If you already have a Your Account set up

Below you will find step-by-step instructions on how to set up a SendPro Online Account to help send International Mail.

  1. If you already have a Your Account, go to Your Account Login and sign in.
  2. Hover over the “Your Products” tab at the top of the page and click “SendPro Online / PitneyShip Pro”.
  3. Review your account details. If everything is correct, tick the box to accept the Pitney Bowes Terms & Conditions.
  4. Click “Place Order”.
  5. After 10–15 seconds, a confirmation screen will appear. Note down your order number (e.g., PBORDXXXXX) in case you need it later.
  6. Wait 3–7 working days for your SendPro Online license to be processed and emailed to you.

If you do not have a Your Account set up

Before you can use SendPro Online, you will require a Your Account. A Your Account is an online portal which allows you to have a complete overview and to manage your franking machine.

  1. If you do not already have a Your Account, go to Create Your Account and click “Sign up now”.
  2. Enter your email address in both the “Email Address” and “Confirm Email Address” fields.
  3. Enter your 8-digit Pitney Bowes postage account number (no dashes) and click “Continue”. You can find this number on a previous invoice.
  4. When prompted to confirm your company, select “Recent invoice amount” from the dropdown and enter a past invoice amount total, such as “500”. You will be able to find this number on a previous invoice.
  5. Click “Submit”.
  6. Complete the registration form by entering your main contact name (no special characters), a password, and a security question and answer of your choice. Click “Submit”.
  7. Check your inbox for an email titled “Action Required: Confirm Your Account Email” and click “Confirm my account”.
  8. Sign in using the login details you just created, then return to step 2 above to complete your SendPro Online setup.
  9. To reduce paper waste and avoid physical billing charges, go to “Billing & Financials” > “Paperless Billing” and turn on paperless billing.
  10. To manage email alerts, go to the “Your Account” menu and select “Email Notifications”.

How do I set up SendPro Online if I already have a Your Account?

Sign in to Your Account, hover Your Products and click SendPro Online / PitneyShip Pro, accept the terms and click Place Order; note your order number and your licence is emailed within 3 to 7 working days.

What do I need before setting up SendPro Online?

A Pitney Bowes Your Account. If you do not have one, create it using your email, your 8-digit postage account number and a recent invoice amount, then confirm your account by email.

How long does a SendPro Online licence take to set up?

After you place the order it takes around 3 to 7 working days for the licence to be processed and emailed to you.
