Delivery rates at a glance

Franking Supplies

Standard 3-5 working day delivery

Included free on most franking supply orders. Working days are Monday to Friday – we do not deliver on, or count, bank holidays or weekends. We can only deliver to England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, and cannot deliver to a PO Box or BFPO address. A remote-area surcharge applies to some postcodes (see the note at the foot of this page).

48-hour delivery upgrade – £4.95

Orders received before 4:00pm Monday to Friday will be aimed for delivery within 2 working days. Deliveries to remote-area postcodes may take longer (please allow 3-5 days) and carry a minimum delivery charge.

Next working day delivery upgrade – £8.95

This is not a guaranteed service. Orders received before 4:00pm Monday to Thursday will be aimed for next-working-day delivery; orders before 4:00pm Friday will be aimed for the following Monday. We cannot offer a guaranteed next-day service to remote-area postcodes (please allow 2-3 days).

Packaging Supplies

Standard 3-5 working day delivery – FREE over £100

Free on orders over £100.00; under this value the charge is £6.95. Working days are Monday to Friday – we do not deliver on, or count, bank holidays or weekends. We can only deliver to England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, and cannot deliver to a PO Box or BFPO address. A remote-area surcharge applies to some postcodes (see the note at the foot of this page).

Next working day delivery upgrade – £9.95

This is not a guaranteed service. Orders received before 3:00pm Monday to Thursday will be aimed for next-working-day delivery; orders before 3:00pm Friday will be aimed for the following Monday (Bank Holiday Mondays move to the Tuesday). We cannot offer a guaranteed next-day service to remote-area postcodes (please allow 2-3 days).

Printed Supplies

Printed supplies are produced and delivered by our sister company, Fast Printed Packaging. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays and weekends. We can only deliver to England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, and cannot deliver to a PO Box or BFPO address. Fast Printed Packaging is not responsible for courier tracking and is not liable for refunds or reprints if our courier partner fails to deliver on time.

Lead times & personalised items

In most cases we aim to produce printed full-colour products within 24 hours, depending on order time, method and the artwork uploaded at point of order (in the required format and resolution). For artwork emailed separately to the order, internal and external approval is required before production. Personalised items can be delivered within 1-2 business days via our Priority+ service for £80.00, subject to order time and artwork. Please contact us first to check availability before paying for a fast delivery service so we can be sure to meet your requirements.

Exceptional / bulk consignments

Depending on your total basket, delivery charges may be higher than the rates advertised above – for example for multi-consignment or overweight items, or certain delivery locations. Please add your items to the basket to see the delivery charge. Occasionally we may need to requote if the delivery location and consignment size fall outside our current courier’s capabilities, in which case we will contact you to discuss. Depending on the product and quantity, your order may be despatched on a pallet; if you are unable to accept pallet deliveries please contact us to discuss your options.

Remote-area postcodes

A minimum delivery charge applies to the postcodes below, irrespective of order value, and an additional charge may be added before your order is processed due to the delivery location. A member of our team will be in touch once we have received the order.

Deliveries & failed deliveries

Once an item has been despatched and passed to a third-party courier we have limited control over the delivery date or time, so please bear this in mind if receipt is time-critical. Deliveries are made on an all-day basis Monday to Friday between 7:00am and 6:00pm and cannot be timed specifically.

1. Parcel deliveries: where a courier or Royal Mail is unable to deliver, a re-delivery charge of £8.00 + VAT applies.
2. Pallet deliveries: if delivery cannot be made because the customer is unavailable or refuses delivery, a re-delivery fee applies, dependent on the courier, goods and postcode. This is quoted and must be paid before re-delivery.
3. Any special delivery requirements, such as time-limited deliveries or a change of address, will incur additional fees applicable at that time.
4. Any orders not received must be reported within 14 days of the order date. Mailcoms Ltd cannot accept liability for non-delivered orders reported outside this timescale.
