The Neopost DS-180 (now sold under the Quadient brand) is a high-volume folding inserting machine that folds your documents and inserts them into envelopes automatically – up to 5,500 single-sheet envelopes per hour, or up to 4,700 per hour when folding two sheets. It is built for busy mailrooms handling around 180,000 items a month, saving hours of manual folding and stuffing.

The Neopost DS-180 folding inserting machine was purposely built for higher productivity. It supports several high-capacity feeders that process mail at speed, and every area of the machine can be reached quickly if a stoppage occurs, so downtime is kept to a minimum.

The sealing-fluid reservoir holds 10 litres, so it needs topping up far less often than smaller machines. You can choose from a range of folds – including letter, zigzag, single and double parallel – and run the whole process from a full-colour touch screen with unlimited job memories as standard.
