Connectivity

Like most modern franking machines, the Mymail can use a secure and faster LAN connection, giving quicker downloads and software updates. An analogue line can be used if preferred, but LAN connectivity is more reliable. With an analogue line a download stops if you disconnect from the internet, whereas a LAN connection continues the download.

Accounting Feature

An accounting feature is included to help your business keep on top of postage expenditure. Use up to 3 departmental accounts that can be PIN protected. For added security, a chip card is integrated so that only authorised users can access and use the machine.

Advertising Feature

The Mymail also includes a free advertising feature, letting you personalise outgoing mail to promote your business. Use up to 3 preset designs as a free marketing tool, and frank text or slogans onto your mail to give it a more professional image.

Mailmark Technology

The Mymail is a Mailmark-ready franking machine, so you can choose to use Mailmark if you wish. The Mailmark initiative lets you frank a 2D barcode on your mail, giving access to benefits such as lower franking prices, tracking of mail and automatic postal tariff updates.
