OneTouch technology

Mailmark technology

Smart meter technology lets you frank in smart blue ink, which improves the franking’s readability. All of Royal Mail’s VAT services and products are available, so once you use a VAT-liable service you can reclaim the VAT from HMRC.

An accounting feature monitors and tracks all postage expenditure. With 150 or 250 departmental accounts you can control who has access to the machine and keep on top of who is franking what, with PIN security on each account.

Feeding system

A fully automatic feeding system franks any mail item up to 10mm thick at speeds reaching 140 letters per minute, enabling up to 800 mail items to be franked daily with ease.
