What are presets on the SendPro C Auto / Auto+?

A preset is a group of commonly-used settings — such as a postage class, an account and a graphic — that you can recall quickly. You can create up to ten presets, including the default preset. The device also keeps your last-used settings when it sleeps or is switched off.

How do I create a preset on the SendPro C Auto / Auto+?

To create a preset, set up your class, account and graphic in Envelope Printing, then save them as a new preset.

1. Tap Envelope Printing on the Home screen.
2. Define the settings for your preset: tap Account and select an account; tap Class, tap Start Over, select the class and any services and tap Apply; if desired, tap Graphic and select an Envelope Message.
3. Tap the Preset button, then Create New Preset.
4. Enter a name (up to 32 characters).
5. Tap the green tick when done.

1. After printing a label, it appears in the Recents screen of Parcel Shipping.
2. Tap the star on the label you printed.
3. Enter a name in the Name Preset field.
4. Tap the green tick, then Save.

How do I set the default preset timer on the SendPro C Auto / Auto+?

The default preset timer resets the device to your most-used settings after a period of inactivity (one minute by default). To change it, open Postage Refills in Settings.

1. Tap the Settings (gear) icon in the global toolbar.
2. Scroll to the Envelope Printer Settings section and tap Postage Refills.
3. Tap Default Preset Timer.
4. Use the slider to set the time between 1 and 9 minutes.
5. Tap the back arrow or Home to save and exit.
