The Neopost DS-90i (Neopost is now Quadient) is a high-volume folding and inserting machine that folds, collates and inserts mail at up to 4,300 envelopes per hour, using as many as seven feeders and five fold types. It suits businesses that want to take the manual effort out of stuffing large volumes of envelopes while keeping a professional finish.

What the Neopost DS-90i does

The Neopost DS-90i processes mail at speeds of up to 4,300 envelopes per hour, using as many as seven different feeders so you can fill more capacity and protect your initial investment. It collates and assembles your documents before folding them, helping to ensure mail is presented in the correct order. With the optional, specially designed feeders it handles a range of paper and paper types, including coated material and booklets.

There are five fold types available to suit different envelopes: letter, zigzag, single, double parallel or no fold. The DS-90i can also be fitted with optional Optical Mark Recognition (OMR) for extra security when sending large numbers of pages to various addresses.
