The Neopost DS-35 (Neopost is now Quadient) is a low-volume desktop folder inserter that folds and inserts up to 1,350 letters per hour – up to 13 times faster than folding and stuffing by hand. It suits small offices that want to save time on invoices, statements and mailshots.

What the Neopost DS-35 does

The DS-35 processes a wide range of documents – invoices, statements and marketing campaigns – quickly and efficiently, fitting onto a desktop in any office. A full-colour touch screen with clear prompts means almost anyone can use it, and up to 15 job memories make repeat mailings faster.

It’s one of the few low-volume models that can run in line with a franking machine, so you can go from folding to franking in one continuous process. Double document detection comes as standard, reducing the risk of sending information to the wrong address.
