Neopost IS-420 Smart Franking Machine

The Neopost IS-420 (now branded Quadient) is a low- to mid-volume smart franking machine that franks up to 65 letters per minute. It comes with an integrated weighing scale and supports Mailmark and the latest smart meter technology, giving access to Royal Mail VAT services and Mailmark's best franking rates.

Process mail more quickly and efficiently with the IS-420, which is well suited to businesses sending around 300 mail items per day (based on our experience with a similar machine).

A range of features come as standard, including an integrated weighing scale so users can accurately weigh mail items every time and avoid overpaying or underpaying. A 3 Kg scale is included as standard, with larger-capacity scales available.

The latest Mailmark technology can also be used on the IS-420, letting users benefit from Mailmark's best franking rates and a 2D barcode when franking. The IS-420 also offers job memories, adverts and departmental accounts that can be accessed quickly and easily.
