Mailcoms Ink Cartridge Refill & Reset Service

Mailcoms offers a refill and reset service for a range of franking machine ink cartridges, refilled with Royal Mail approved ink and guaranteed to last the same number of impressions as a new cartridge. Send us your used cartridge with a completed refill form, we test and refill it, then return it within 48-72 hours.

How the refill and reset service works

To begin, download, print and complete a refill form. Then send your used, empty ink cartridge, along with the completed form, to:

Please apply the correct Small Parcel postage and make sure the cartridge is in its original packaging or well packaged to avoid damage in the post.

Once received, we test your empty cartridge. If it can be refilled successfully, we contact you to take card payment. Once paid, we return the cartridge within 48-72 hours. Alternatively, we can issue a pro-forma invoice so you can pay by cheque or BACS. Your cartridge is refilled with Royal Mail approved ink, guaranteed to last an equivalent number of impressions to when it was new.
