Neopost UK is one of the best-known names in mailroom equipment, supplying franking machines, folding inserters and letter openers to businesses across the UK. In 2019 the Neopost group rebranded as Quadient, so newer machines carry the Quadient name while many Neopost-branded machines and consumables are still widely used and supported.
Who is Neopost UK?
Neopost is a leading supplier of mailroom solutions, providing reliable equipment including franking machines, folding and inserting machines and letter openers. Its products are designed to make mail faster, cheaper and more efficient for businesses of all sizes.
The group’s headquarters is based in Bagneux, France. From there, and many other sites around the world, Neopost (now Quadient) manufactures and distributes mailroom supplies, specialising in franking machines, postal scales, folding machines and consumables.
Neopost UK history
Neopost was founded in 1924, giving it around a century of experience in the franking industry. What began in the UK grew into an international business serving customers worldwide. The Neopost brand name was established in 1924 and stuck, while the Neopost Group name was formed in 1992 – the name many people came to recognise before the 2019 rebrand to Quadient.
Over the decades Neopost expanded partly by acquiring competing businesses, including SMH-Adrex, Friden, Romeo, Hadewe, Alcatel and Hasler.
