Books and pamphlets – You can send books and pamphlets (meaning any papers ‘bound’ together), up to 5kg.
Printed papers – Items between 2kg and 5kg in weight which contain books or pamphlets must be marked as ‘Printed Papers’ in the top left hand corner on the front of the parcel.
You should not include personal correspondence with these items.
Exceptions to the above
Ireland – only books can be above 2kg.
Canada – no items can be above 2kg.
Cambodia – no items can be above 2kg.

What are the international mail format limits?
Letter up to 100g, Large Letter up to 750g, and Small Parcel or Tube/roll up to 2kg (printed papers up to 5kg); anything larger goes via Parcelforce Worldwide.
What is the minimum size for international mail?
Items must be at least 140mm long and 90mm wide; tubes must measure length plus twice the diameter over 170mm.
Are there country exceptions for international weight limits?
Yes – for Ireland only books can be over 2kg, and for Canada and Cambodia no items can be over 2kg.
