How do I clear ‘Waste Tank Nearly Full’ on the Mailbase+?
When you see ‘Waste Tank Nearly Full’, select Clear & Continue to keep working. When it changes to ‘Waste Tank Full’, replace the waste tray and reset the counter.
How do I clear ‘Waste Tank Full’ on the Mailbase+?
- Select the Options button, then Page Down.
- Select Maintenance, then Printer Maintenance.
- Press Page Down and select Replace Waste Tank.
- Select OK, I Understand.
- Select Yes, Tray is Replaced.
- Verify the machine is working by running two or three £0 stamps.
How do I install a replacement waste ink pad on the Mailbase+?
- Remove the new ink waste tray from the packaging and set both aside.
- Pull the ink drawer out from the side of the machine.
- Remove the used ink waste tray and put it in the new tray’s packaging.
- Insert the new ink waste tray into the ink drawer.
- Close the drawer.

The waste tank is filling with excess ink. Select Clear and Continue to keep working until it shows Waste Tank Full.

After replacing the waste tray, go to Options, Maintenance, Printer Maintenance, Replace Waste Tank, then confirm the tray is replaced.
How do I fit a new waste ink pad on the Mailbase+?
Pull out the ink drawer from the side, remove the old tray, insert the new tray and close the drawer.
