As an entry-level machine, the Postbase Mini uses a manual feeder and an integrated weighing scale. Mail is processed at up to 15 letters per minute, always franked cleanly and accurately to avoid misfranks and ensure correct postage payments.

A range of other useful features is available, including departmental accounts, PIN code security, franking a company logo, and connecting to the data centre via LAN or Wi-Fi.
