Neopost DS-200 Folder Inserter

The Neopost DS-200 (now branded Quadient) is a high-volume folding inserting machine that processes up to 4,800 envelopes per hour. It supports up to six feeders, reads OMR, BCR and 2D Datamatrix barcodes, and can integrate with a high-volume Neopost franking machine through the “Insert ‘N’ Frank” feature to fill and frank mail in one continuous process.

This high-volume folder inserter has a wide range of features, including its capability to read several barcode types: OMR, BCR and 2D Datamatrix. This helps ensure envelopes are filled with the correct mail and that customers receive the right documents.

By combining automatic envelope filling and automatic franking into one fast, continuous process, your mail goes out more quickly and easily. Filled envelopes from the DS-200 are turned to the correct alignment and transported for franking in one seamless process.

A colour display makes setting up folding jobs easy. The 15″ touchscreen is designed for simplicity, so users can select jobs quickly and get up and running, and store an unlimited number of job memories for easy access.
