The Neopost IS-420 (Neopost is now Quadient) is a mid-volume franking machine that franks up to 65 letters per minute and supports Mailmark and Smart Meter. It is easy to operate with on-screen prompts and suits businesses sending roughly 300 to 400 items of mail a day.

Mailmark and Smart Meter as standard

The Neopost IS-420 supports the latest Mailmark and Smart Meter franking technologies. The latest generation of franking from Royal Mail is built in as standard, so you benefit from lower postage prices, automatic tariff updates, franking in smart blue ink and access to all VAT services.

This model franks at up to 65 letters per minute. Based on our experience with a similar machine, users sending between 300 and 400 items a day will benefit most from the IS-420. It uses a semi-automatic feeder and franks onto items up to 12mm thick.

You can also stay in control of postage spend using up to 100 departmental accounts, tracking who uses your postage and keeping expenses budgeted. Other optional features include up to 9 job memories, up to 8 advertisements and a range of integrated weighing scales.
