Neopost IS-350 Franking Machine: Support and Alternatives

The Neopost IS-350 is a desktop franking machine from Neopost, the brand now known as Quadient. Mailcoms is an approved service agent for Quadient machines and a Royal Mail Authorised Independent Inspector & Maintainer of postal franking machines (since 2008), so an IS-350 can still be serviced and supplied with consumables. If your machine predates Mailmark, upgrading to a current Mailmark machine gives you Royal Mail’s best available rates.

What is the Neopost IS-350?

The IS-350 is a franking machine that businesses use to print their own postage. It was made by Neopost, which rebranded as Quadient in 2019, so the same machine may appear under either name.

Is the IS-350 still supported?

Mailcoms can service Quadient (formerly Neopost) machines and supply the franking ink and labels an IS-350 needs. As with any older franking machine, it is worth checking whether yours still meets Royal Mail’s Mailmark standard.

Should you upgrade to Mailmark?

Mailmark is Royal Mail’s current barcode franking standard. It uses blue ink and carries the best available franking rates, so moving from an older non-Mailmark machine usually lowers your postage. Mailcoms offers low-cost, fully supported franking machines with no high-pressure sales staff – just the facts so you can match a machine to your post volumes.
