If you send around 300 items a day, or slightly more, the IS420 may be just what you’re looking for – it reaches fast speeds for higher productivity. (Our recommended volumes are based on our own experience with a similar franking machine.)

Feeding system
The IS420 comes with a semi-automatic feeding system as standard, processing mail at speeds of up to 65 letters per minute to help businesses reach higher productivity. It franks onto mail items up to 12mm thick and comfortably handles a recommended 300 items per day.
Weighing platforms
To stop overpaying for mail, the IS420 has integrated weighing scales – choose from 3, 5, 10 or 30kg scales and accurately weigh and price every item you frank, preventing both over- and under-payment.
Accounting feature
The IS420’s accounting feature helps you monitor and record all postage expenditure, with up to 100 PIN-protected departmental accounts to control spending and keep on top of your costs.
LAN connectivity
You can drop the analogue line for good and use a faster, more reliable LAN connection, with faster download speeds and less chance of disconnecting from the internet.
Mailmark technology
The IS420 is a Mailmark-ready model, so you can frank the 2D Mailmark barcode onto outgoing mail and benefit from the lowest franking prices. Find out about Mailmark here.
