The Neopost IS440 (now Quadient) is a mid-volume franking machine that franks up to 95 letters per minute, suited to businesses sending up to around 500 items a day. It combines an automatic feeder, integrated weighing scales, Smart Meter blue ink and Mailmark technology, so you can access Royal Mail’s lowest postage rates and reclaim VAT.

As a mid-volume franking machine, the IS440 brings many features that benefit businesses, from a fully automated feeding system to a choice of integrated weighing scales.

Feeding System

The IS440 has a fully automatic feeding system that processes mail items up to 12mm thick at a top speed of 95 letters per minute, ideal for mid-sized mail loads.

Advertising Feature

The IS440 lets you frank a promotional advert or message onto outgoing mail, using up to eight different adverts as free marketing to help promote your business.

Integrated Weighing Scales

Choose from a 3, 5, 10 or 30kg scale to weigh mail accurately and apply the correct postage every time, so you never overpay for an item.

Smart Meter Technology

The latest Smart Meter technology means smart blue ink is used when franking, improving readability. You can also use all of Royal Mail’s VAT services and products, reclaiming VAT where applicable.

Mailmark Technology
