Royal Mail International Tracked service

Royal Mail International Tracked is a service for sending letters, parcels and packets outside the UK with full tracking from the moment it leaves your building to the point of delivery, plus compensation cover. It aims to deliver to Europe within 3-5 working days and worldwide within 5-7 working days.

To use this service you can purchase postage online, print the label yourself, and drop your item at the Post Office or a Royal Mail customer service point.

Sizes and what you can send

Letters

• Maximum weight: 100g
• Maximum dimensions: L 24cm x W 16.5cm x D 0.5cm
• Examples: greetings cards, personal letters and postcards

Large Letters

• Maximum weight: 750g
• Maximum dimensions: L 35.3cm x W 25cm x D 2.5cm
• Examples: magazines, CDs and DVDs

Parcels

• Maximum weight: 2kg
• Maximum dimensions: L 60cm, with length plus width plus depth under 90cm

Tubes and rolls

• Maximum weight: 2kg
• Maximum dimensions: L 90cm; the length plus twice the diameter must be less than 104cm, with the greatest dimension less than 90cm
