How to return your empty FN Series cartridges
When you buy an FN Series compatible ink cartridge from us, your order is processed on the understanding that you return your old FN Series ink cartridge for recycling, so we can continue our cost-effective refill and recycle service.
A FREEPOST returns bag should have been enclosed with your order, with your unique customer number on the label so we can identify your return. If you do not have a returns bag, let us know by email or phone and we will be happy to send a replacement. Alternatively, package up any empty original Quadient/Frama FN Series 5, FN Series 7, FN Series 7.5 and FN Series 9 cartridges and send them free to: Freepost RSEB-YXLG-YZUH, Mailcoms Ltd, PO Box 4, Cannock, WS12 4GS.
Reasons to recycle your FN Series ink cartridges
