If you have ever purchased an FS Series 3 compatible ink cartridge from us, your order was processed on the understanding that you return your old FS Series 3 cartridge for recycling, so we can continue our cost-effective refill and recycle service.
A freepost returns bag should have been enclosed with your order, with your unique customer number on the label to identify your return. If you do not have a freepost returns bag, please let us know by email or phone and we will be happy to send a replacement.
