How do I download a new logo, ad plate or slogan to the DM110i, DM160i or DM220i?
- Press Options once.
- Press Page Down ▼ twice and select Connect Data Centre.
- Select Uploads & Downloads.
- When prompted with Update Required. This S/W is required for further use. Get Update now, select Get Update Now.
- The display shows the update progress (Update 1 of 3, 0% counting up).
- When Install Updates. Do not turn off the system displays, wait for completion.
- Confirm when complete by pressing Enter/Yes.
How do I select and save a logo or ad plate as default on the DM110i, DM160i or DM220i?
- From the home screen, press Page Down ▼ once.
- Press the AD option.
- Press Select an Ad.
- Page up and down to find the logo you require. Press it to select.
- The machine returns to the home screen and will print the selected logo.
To save the logo as your default so it prints every time the machine starts:
- From the home screen, press Custom Presets.
- Select Define Normal Preset.
- When asked if all current values are correct, press Yes/Enter.
- Once successfully created is displayed, press Continue.
- Press Clear to return home. The logo is now saved as the default.
How do I create a custom Envelope Message text on the DM110i, DM160i or DM220i?
Note: This function may need to be activated at installation. It is only available on some models. You can print either an Envelope Message text or an Envelope Message image (logo) — not both.
- From the home screen, use Page Down ▼ to scroll to Text None.
- Select Create a Text Msg.
- Select the general note that appears on the display.
- When Text Messages may consist of 5 lines of 20 characters displays, select Start.
- At Enter line 1 of text, type using the number keys (press each key repeatedly to cycle through letters). Press Enter when line 1 is complete.
- Continue entering each line. Press Done if you finish before using all 5 lines; if all 5 lines are used the machine moves on automatically.
- When To save this text enter name displays, enter a name for the message (using number keys). Confirm with Enter/Yes.
- Select Quit when done or create another text message.
How do I select an Envelope Message text on the DM110i, DM160i or DM220i?
- From the home screen, use Page Down ▼ to scroll to Text None.
- Select Select a Text Message.
- Use Page Down ▼ / Page Up ▲ to scroll to the message you want and select it.
How do I save an Envelope Message text as the default on the DM110i, DM160i or DM220i?
Note: You must first select the Envelope Message text before saving it as a preset.
- Select Custom Presets.
- Select Define Normal Preset.
- When Are all the current values correct? displays, select Yes: Store Preset.
- Wait for the save to complete.
- When Preset 0 – Normal Preset successfully created displays, select Continue.
- Press Clear to return home.
How do I delete an Envelope Message text on the DM110i, DM160i or DM220i?
- From the home screen, use Page Down ▼ to scroll to Text None.
- Use Page Down ▼ to scroll to Delete a Text Msg and select it.
- Use Page Down ▼ / Page Up ▲ to select the message to delete. Press Enter/Yes to confirm.
- Press Clear to return to the home screen, or select another message to delete.

Select the logo, then go to Custom Presets > Define Normal Preset. Confirm the current values are correct and press Yes/Enter to save.
Can I print both a logo and Envelope Message text at the same time on the DM110i?
No. You can print either an Envelope Message image (logo) or Envelope Message text on the DM110i, DM160i and DM220i, but not both simultaneously.
How do I download a new ad plate or slogan to the DM110i, DM160i or DM220i?
Press Options, Page Down twice, then select Connect Data Centre > Uploads & Downloads. If an update is available, select Get Update Now and follow the prompts.
