  1. Is this your first postage refill? Contact Mailcoms to confirm your machine is linked to your postage account.
  2. Check your modem, router and other network connections.
  3. Have you reached your credit limit? Confirm funds are available.
  4. If using PC Meter Connect, ensure you have the most current version and that the USB cable is connected. To switch to an analogue line, disconnect the USB cable before rebooting.
  5. Reboot your system. If the error persists, perform a full shutdown, wait three minutes and reboot.

How do I resolve printer error codes on the DM110i, DM160i or DM220i?

Printer error codes include: 0102, 0104, 0106, 0107, 0110, 0112, 0116, 0306, 0308, 0309, 2003, 2303, 2305–2309, 2400, 2401, 2444, 2446, 2447, 2503, 2507, 2518, 24A1–24A5, 030D, 0324–0329, 0802, 2304, 010E, 030E, 032A and 032B.

Step 1: Restart the machine

  4. Pinch the grey levers together and remove the print head.
  5. Using a lint-free cloth, wipe any excess ink from the print head.
  6. Carefully remove any ink from the gold-coloured print head contacts on the meter.
  7. Reinstall the print head (grey levers should click in place), reinstall the ink tank and close the ink door.

Note: You must add postage in multiples of £50 (i.e. £50, £100, £200, etc).

  1. Press Clear until the Home screen displays.
  2. Press the Add Postage key. The display shows the postage funds available.

  5. Press Enter to confirm the amount.
