Error 104 means you are trying to refill by an amount that is not a multiple of £10.00. The DM60 can only refill postage in £10 increments.

Can I pay for DM60 postage by credit card?
No. Pitney Bowes PostPay accounts can only be topped up by BACS or bank transfer. Allow 4–5 working days for payments to clear.
