How do I generate a report on the FS Series 3?

Reports are generated from the Reports menu. Users and supervisors follow the same path – select the report type, set any parameters and choose an output.

  1. Press Menu.
  2. Select Reports and press OK.
  3. Select the report type from the list and press OK.
  4. Enter any parameters the report asks for, such as a date range or account, and press OK.
  5. Select an available output device and press OK to send the report.

Note: When a report is shown on screen, use the arrow keys to move between pages.


How do I generate an account report on the FS Series 3?

Produce an account report from Supervisor mode under Account Management.

  1. Press Menu.
  2. Select Account Management and press OK.
  3. Select Manage Accounts and press OK.
  4. Select Account Report and press OK.

The IP Configuration and Proxy reports are produced from the same Reports menu and are useful when checking a network connection.
