What you need to use the Online (SPO) portal for sending tracked international items, including a label printer and subscription.
In order for you to use the SPO portal for International tracked services, you require the following:
Label Printer
You’ll need a compatible printer to generate shipping labels. The labels can include tracking barcodes required by Royal Mail. These labels can be printed on standard adhesive sheets or directly on envelopes, depending on your setup.
Active Subscription
SPO has a subscription fee of £4.99 per month.
Carrier Selection
The portal allows you to choose between services and add-ons such as insurance or signature on delivery.
No Silver Stickers Needed
The older silver stickers previously used for certain Royal Mail services are not required when using the SPO portal. The platform integrates tracking directly into the label data.
