Mailbase Speed Envelope Messaging Support

How do I download an envelope message, logo or ad on the Mailbase Speed?

1. Press Options and scroll to Connect Data Centre, then select Uploads and Downloads.
2. When prompted to Get Update Now, select Yes.
3. When the download finishes, press Home to return to the Select a Carrier screen.
4. Select Ad and choose the logo you want.

Note: To keep the logo on at all times, save it as the Normal Preset: Options, Page Down, Preset Options, Set Normal Preset, then OK.

How do I select and save a logo as default on the Mailbase Speed?

1. From the home screen, select Ad.
2. Select your envelope message image (use Page Down to find it – it may be your company name or order code).
3. To save it as default, press Options, Page Down and select Preset Options.
4. Select Set Normal Preset.
5. At ‘Current Settings OK?’, press Yes/OK, then Home.

Note: Select your class before saving the logo to the Normal Preset.

How do I create an envelope message text on the Mailbase Speed?

You can print an envelope message text or an image, not both.

1. Press Options, Page Down and select Text Messages.
2. Select Create New Messages and confirm with Accept and Continue.
3. Enter a name for the message and select Accept.
4. Choose the line to start on, then enter the text (up to 5 lines of 20 characters), selecting Edit Next Line to continue.
5. Select Accept and confirm with Enter.

How do I select or delete an envelope message text on the Mailbase Speed?

1. To use a text, from the home screen select Text Msg and choose the message with the left-hand keys (Page Down to find it).
2. To delete one, press Options, Page Down, Text Messages, Delete Messages, choose the message and confirm with Yes, Delete.

Note: To make a selected text print by default, save it as the Normal Preset via Preset Options, Set Normal Preset.
