How do I download the latest postage rates on the Mailhub?
The Mailhub downloads new Royal Mail rates through Online Services. Run a Generic Call from the menu and the machine checks for and installs the latest rates.
- From the home screen, press Menu.
- Scroll down to Online Services and press OK.
- Scroll down to Generic Call and press OK.
- When the call completes, a Server Call Successful message shows and the new rate has downloaded. Press OK, then Continue.
- Press the Home button to return to the home screen.
Note: Make sure the machine can reach its network connection before running the update.

How do I update the postage rates on my Mailhub?
Press Menu, select Online Services, then Generic Call – a Server Call Successful message confirms the new rates have downloaded.
When do Royal Mail rates change?
Royal Mail usually updates prices at least once a year. Run a Generic Call on or after the change date and the new rates download automatically.
Why will the rate update not download on my Mailhub?
This is normally a connection problem. Check the network connection, then run the Generic Call again.
