What is a preset on the Mailsend Lite?

A preset is a snapshot of your most-used franking settings, so you can select a whole combination with one tap. The default preset is Second Class mail and cannot be changed or removed. When presets are enabled, the device shows the default preset at power-up or wake, and you select others using the arrows at the top of the screen.

Note: You can store up to 5 additional presets. A Second Class Letter preset is permanently stored and cannot be removed.

How do I create a preset on the Mailsend Lite?

Build a preset from your current class and size selections, then save it.

1. From the Home screen, tap Settings.
2. Tap Presets.
3. Tap Create New Preset.
4. Tap Domestic, Europe or Rest of World.
5. Tap Domestic or International.
6. Choose your class of mail.
7. Choose your size of mail.
8. Tap Save as Preset, then tap OK.

You can then choose your preset by tapping the arrows at the top of the display.

How do I delete a preset on the Mailsend Lite?

Remove a preset you no longer need from Manage Presets.

1. Tap Settings.
2. Tap Presets.
3. Tap Manage Presets.
4. Tap the preset to remove.
5. Tap Remove Preset.
6. Tap the back arrow, then tap Home to return to the home screen.
