How do I check or turn the waste pad on the Mailsend Prime?
The waste pad collects excess ink. Check and turn it when prompted.
- Locate the tray on the side of the machine.
- Use the handle to pull out the tray.
- Check the pad and turn it around if the opposite corner is clean.
- If the pad is full, contact Mailcoms to order a new one.
- Push the tray back in to finish.
