How do I download the latest postage rates on the PostBase Mini?
- Select the Menu button.
- Click the arrow until you can see and select Remote Services.
- The franking machine checks for, and downloads, the latest rates.
- Once installed, a notification appears. Click the green tick button to complete the update.
Note: During a rate change period, the server may be busy. If the download fails, repeat the steps above or try again at a quieter time of day.

How do I update the postage rates on the PostBase Mini?
