How do I enable cost accounting on the SendPro Mailstation?
Cost accounts let you track your postage spend by assigning an account to your mailing and shipping labels. Add cost accounts in your Online Postage Account first, then enable them on the device.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Cost Accounts.
- Tap the slider to turn Cost Accounts on.
Note: When cost accounting is enabled, you must select an account every time before you print a stamp, whether it is the default or not.
How do I add a cost account on the SendPro Mailstation?
Cost accounts are created in your Online Postage Account, then synced to the device.
After adding accounts online, sync them to the device in one of these ways:
- Tap Settings > Cost Account > Home.
- Reset the device by holding the power button.
- Do nothing — the device syncs every four hours.
How do I set the default cost account on the SendPro Mailstation?
Setting a default account saves time, since you must select an account before printing a stamp when cost accounting is enabled.
- Tap Settings, then Cost Accounts.
- Tap Change Default Cost Account.
- Tap an account name, then Confirm.
How do I create a security PIN on the SendPro Mailstation?
A security PIN restricts access to the device — you are prompted for it on power-up or wake from sleep.
- Tap Settings, then Security PIN.
- Tap Yes, Create PIN.
- Enter a four-digit PIN and verify it.
How do I change or disable the security PIN on the SendPro Mailstation?
To change the PIN: tap Settings > Security PIN > Change Security PIN, enter your current PIN, then enter and verify a new four-digit PIN.
To disable the PIN: tap Settings > Security PIN > On, enter your PIN, then tap Yes at the confirmation screen.
