How do I add postage on the SendPro Mailstation?

To add postage, tap the Postage funds icon and add funds in multiples of £10.

  1. On the Home screen, tap the Postage funds icon.
  2. Enter the amount to add (you must add postage in multiples of £10).
  3. Tap Add Postage.

How do I set low postage preferences on the SendPro Mailstation?

Use the Postage Refills settings to choose what the device does when your balance is low: do nothing, alert you, or automatically refill.

  1. Tap Settings, tap the right arrow to page 2, then tap Postage Refills.
  2. Tap the current selection to edit and choose an option.

Do nothing — you refill manually when the balance is low. Alert me — set a low funds threshold (default £20, minimum £10, maximum £500) to trigger an alert. Automatically refill postage — set both a low funds threshold and an auto refill amount (default £100), then tap Apply.


How do I get postage refill receipts by email on the SendPro Mailstation?

  1. Tap Settings, tap the right arrow to the next page, then tap Reports.
  2. Tap Refill Receipt Preferences.
  3. Tap the switch to turn Email refill receipts on.

Note: To add extra email addresses for refill notifications, sign in to your online account on a computer.


How do I print a surcharge on the SendPro Mailstation?

A surcharge payment lets you print a custom postage amount (from £0.00 up to £999.99) on an envelope or tape — useful when an item needs extra postage.

  1. (Optional) If accounting is enabled, tap Cost Account to select an account.
  2. Tap the arrows at the top of the display to scroll to Custom Job.
  3. Tap the down arrow and select Surcharge.
  4. Enter the custom amount and tap Apply.
  5. Insert the envelope or tape, pushing it all the way to the back and right. The device clamps it and prints; the power button flashes while printing.

How do I print postage on the SendPro Mailstation?

  1. Place your envelope on the scale or enter the weight manually.
  2. (Optional) If accounting is enabled, tap Cost Account to select an account.
  3. Check the correct class and envelope size using the arrows at the top of the display.
  4. Insert the letter, pushing it all the way to the back and right. The device clamps it and prints; the power button flashes while printing.
  5. When printing finishes, remove the letter. Do not pull the letter out while the power button is flashing.

How do I manage paperless billing for the SendPro Mailstation account?

To turn paperless billing on or off, sign in to Your Online Account and use the Paperless Billing options under Billing & Financials. Select Go paperless for all (or per account), or Edit Settings then Turn off Paperless for a paper bill.

Note: Turning paperless off may add a £5 (excluding VAT) paper charge to future invoices. Billing email notifications are managed under Billing Notifications in the same portal.
