How do I unbox my Mailbase franking machine?
Watch the video or follow the steps to safely unbox a Mailbase Lite, Mailbase or Mailbase Pro.
- Take out the accessories: a pack of universal franking labels, a pack of late-posting envelopes, the prep pack (power and network cables, dongle, USB connector and Smartlink device), and the scale.
- Remove the top piece of cardboard – you will see the franking machine in the box.
- Carefully lift the franking machine out and place it on a solid surface, then move the box out of the way.
